**Job Profile Summary**

The Manufacturing Product Industrialization Engineer is responsible for leading and monitoring the implementation of process development activities for high complexity projects, integrating lean manufacturing methodologies, completing Manufacturing BOMs, developing industrialization concepts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success independently. The role contributes to the development of industrialization concepts and product solutions aligned with target manufacturing objectives, and fosters seamless integration between design and production processes. The role initiates and oversees process technology development activities in the context of New Product Generation as well as product and solution technology roadmap.
