Your tasks
- Support the achievement of confection and vulcanization control targets according to internal and external customer expectations.
- Support the strategies to improve indicators related to the confection and vulcanization process, including aspects such as investments, parameters, etc.
- Implement investments for project/product specific tooling and devices related to the confection and vulcanization process according to standards.
- Interface with segments to gather local confection and vulcanization management requirements, demands, and other feedback;
- Participate in global or local confection and vulcanization management-related and cross-functional projects;
- Support that financial targets related to confection and vulcanization are achieved;
- Initiate and purpose cost saving projects;
