Product Launch Manager(FMCG)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager – Innovation & Commercialization to lead end-to-end execution of strategic growth initiatives across Food, FMCG, QSR, Quick Commerce, and E-commerce channels.

This role will act as the central coordinator across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Planning, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure successful commercialization and launch of new products, customer programs, and business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of food product development with proven project management and commercialization experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept, feasibility, development, plant trials, commercialization, launch, and scale-up.
• Drive cross-functional project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
