Product Lead

We are seeking a high-energy, analytical visionary Product Lead to serve as the central catalyst in transforming the future of public transportation management and other product in within the company. You will be the connective tissue between our customers, engineering team, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear product vision and quarterly roadmap based on data, market trends, and user feedback.
• Discovery: Conduct deep-dive user research and interviews to understand customer pain points before a single line of code is written.
• Execution: Translate complex requirements into crisp PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and user stories. Lead sprint planning and grooming sessions with Engineering.
• Data-Driven Culture: Define KPIs for every feature launch and use tools like (Mixpanel/Amplitude/SQL) to measure success and iterate.
