Requirements & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field, or a Diploma with 7 years of experience in
business analyst or similar role is required for this position.
Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and managing a portfolio of products in a technology
or digital environment.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA).
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge on ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCIDSS, ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 27005, or ISMS.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
