Product Lead, Wireless Services - Cogeco

Reporting to the Chapter Lead, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of wireless products. Your 5-7 years of experience will support mobile rate plan rollouts and SIM/eSIM provisioning efforts. As a subject matter expert, you'll collaborate across teams to ensure compliance and protect against risks, leveraging your strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage rollout of mobile rate plans and device onboarding
• Coordinate with Product, IT, and Operations teams
• Ensure readiness of POS systems and mobile apps
• Monitor and support product optimizations post-launch
• Design risk mitigation strategies with fraud teams
