Job Purpose:

- Senior manager should have good understanding of business requirements.

- Product Development and upgrade of existing core products in water based decorative paints.

Business Responsibility Areas:

- Guide team on product development projects and ensure closure of projects on time with 100% RFT.

- Work on formulation and sourcing efficiency initiatives. Explore avenues across portfolio.

- Product standardization and address challenges in manufacturing.

- Product Benchmarking and support market initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders - Exploration of line extensions.

- Ensure Compliance to QMS standards in the group.

- Redressal of customer complaints as per agreed timelines

- Support Nexpedition initiatives.
