Job Description
Optimize workstation layout and process flow.
Analyze FQC batch rejections and develop corrective actions.
Analyze line issues and implement improvements.
Improve yield and first-pass rate through targeted actions.
Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities.
Prepare technical documentation for production transfer.
Maintain and repair jigs and fixtures regularly.
Introduce automation/semi-automation to enhance efficiency and yield.
Perform equipment maintenance and calibration.
Build, debug, and optimize custom test equipment.
Carry out equipment EOS (End-of-Support) maintenance.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any Mechanical or Electrical Engineering .
Familiar with manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance
Experience in production issue handling and improvement
Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
