The Head of Product Management for Deposit Products and Cash Management within Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and overall performance of the bank's CASA and deposit portfolio. This role demands strong leadership, deep understanding of transactional banking and deposit products, and effective cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain market relevance.
