  SOC processes, SecOps workflows, and MSSP
  operating models.
• Experience in
  ITIL, ISO 27001,
  and service management frameworks.
• Familiarity with
  cloud-native
  delivery models and
  AI/automation in SOCs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to reconcile business priorities with technical delivery constraints.
• Ability to work in global and multicultural teams.
• Fluency in Spanish and English
  (Portuguese is a plus)
• Working knowledge of
  Fortinet technologies
  (FortiGate, FortiSASE, FortiEDR, FortiSIEM, FortiSOAR, FortiAnalyzer).
• Proven experience in managing the entire service lifecycle in a telecommunications/
  MSSP environment
