Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve digital products—boost automation, reduce cost, and enhance client satisfaction.
• Support the bank's digital vision by helping shape innovative digital capabilities and solutions.
• Assist in new product development and migration activities.
• Coordinate and support UAT and BVT testing for new product releases.
• Manage governance tasks and follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process flows and SOPs to support smooth rollout and operations.
• Oversee commercialization and migration activities, ensuring tasks are completed with relevant stakeholders.
