Job Description

 Responsibilities   of the role are as follows: Drive innovative product development for the AJ Bell D2C website and apps in response to customer feedback, competitor initiatives and ideas to differentiate AJ Bell from other retail investment providers 
 Translate the business requirements and define the product requirements for each change project. Working with the technical teams to agree the designs, support the development and be involved in UAT testing, release phases and post implementation evaluation 
 Ensure new products and significant changes to the existing web and app are tested with customers through running customer beta testing and that their feedback is taken into account to improve the product before full launch 
 Manage the sprint planning process with the digital strategy and mobile development teams balancing the businesses key priorities and short-term incremental improvements
