Job Description
As the Product Manager: App Experience, you’ll own Tonik’s foundational app UX — structure, navigation, usability, clarity, flow consistency, content tone, and release quality. This role manages QA and Content and ensures the Tonik app is clean, intuitive, and delightful. It focuses on how the app flows, not what drives retention.
Responsibilities
- Manage the redesign of the Tonik app experience – from dashboard to entry points, and all customer touchpoints
- Design the Tonik Score logic and experience with Data, Risk, Business, and Tech team. Incorporate the Tonik Score logic on all app products/features to feed into the credit score of the customers
- Conceptualize, plan, and deliver app-wide initiatives
- Own the app and audit each flow for the best UX experience, identify frictions, implement changes.
