About the Consumer Platform: Our new Consumer Platform is a strategic initiative dedicated to creating seamless, unified user experiences across all of Nine's digital products. It will deliver universal capabilities for identity, marketing communications, subscription management, billing, payments, and personalization—ultimately enabling deeper audience engagement, sustainable growth, and long-term customer retention.

As the Product Manager for Billing & Payments, you will join the Commerce & Core team and act as the driving force behind the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our entire payment ecosystem. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring a seamless Order to Cash process, from customer checkout through to final financial reconciliation. You will strategically manage payment vendors and complex integrations with our core finance systems.
