Product Manager

Overview

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Product Manager (Credit Cards - Costco) for a 12-month contract (with high potential for extension). This is a hybrid position based in downtown Toronto with in-office work required on Wednesdays and the third Friday of each month.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the development of Costco co-brand strategies to drive portfolio growth, client engagement, and profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
• Manage and monitor key business metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and ensure the achievement of strategic goals.
• Lead initiatives by establishing objectives, setting priorities, and driving execution across campaign management, frontline empowerment, and product process improvements.
• Represent the Costco Product Team in supporting technology changes and Costco warehouse setups within bank systems, including updates to TSY...
