Product Manager (Cash Management) - Foreign Bank

Existing Client Portfolio Management & Revenue Optimization: Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with the assigned portfolio of existing corporate and institutional (including NBFI) clients. Ensure timely and accurate completion of periodic Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and ongoing client due diligence (CDD). Deepen client penetration by actively promoting and selling the full suite of online payment solutions, FX services, and sophisticated cash management products (e.g., liquidity management, virtual accounts, collections, disbursements). Identify opportunities to enhance fee-based income (non-interest income - NII/NIC) from existing clients through value-added services, transaction volume growth, and cross-selling. Monitor client profitability and develop strategies to improve non-interest revenue contribution.
