Thriveworks is looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to help scale
ThriveCare
, our clinician platform used daily by 2,000+ providers. You'll own a key product area, improve clinician workflows, and partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Clinical teams to build a reliable, scalable, clinician‑friendly platform.

What You'll Do

• Own and deliver features that improve clinician workflows and care quality.
• Lead discovery to identify pain points, validate solutions, and define success metrics.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to prioritize and execute the roadmap.
• Support day‑to‑day development processes (standups, sprint planning, QA, launch readiness).
• Ensure product quality through strong acceptance criteria, edge‑case planning, and post‑launch monitoring.
