RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary product advocate and subject-matter expert for the products assigned within the portfolio.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive, cost-effective marketing plan, ensuring strategies are implemented within agreed timelines.
• Maintain continuous awareness of all factors affecting assigned products, including market competition, pricing dynamics, government regulations, drugstore activity, and distribution channels.
• Support the Training Manager in creating product training materials and curricula for new sales team members, and participate in the delivery of relevant training sessions.
• Conduct regular engagements with assigned Sales Teams to reinforce, update, and enhance product knowledge.
