Product Manager, Core Send

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager for Core Send to help us architect Félix's primary engine. While other teams focus on bringing users in, you will own the experience of the users who stay, ensuring every transaction is seamless, reliable, and insanely great. This role sits at the strategic intersection of our most complex domains: Engineering, Operations, and AI. You will lead the whole chat funnel, focusing on power users, multi-product horizontal UX, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Core Product Roadmap : Own and execute the roadmap for the Core Send experience, prioritizing initiatives that improve error‑free transaction success, self‑service capabilities, and power‑user retention.
• Operational Excellence : Partner closely with the Ops and Engineering teams to surface back‑end financial complexities into simple, transparent, and actionable UI for the user.
