Product Manager, Critical Core Skills

NTUC LearningHub is looking for a Product Manager specialising in adult learning and workforce development to drive the development of selected Critical Core Skills (CCS) courses — including communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer service excellence.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in CET, adult education, curriculum design, or managing funded training programmes , especially those aligned to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) frameworks.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end development of CCS programmes — from research and curriculum design to launch and evaluation
• Ensure courses meet SSG standards and evolving workforce needs
• Integrate modern workplace topics such as AI literacy (non-technical)
