Product Manager – DeFi (Lending / Liquid Staking)

Lista DAO is a protocol that redefines BNB through liquid staking, lending, and CDP solutions.

The vision is to enrich the BNB Chain ecosystem by building a new DeFi and infrastructure around this new Protocol while connecting both native legacy projects and emerging DeFi labels.

Job Scope

• Own product planning and iteration for DeFi verticals such as Lending and Liquid Staking, driving core KPIs (TVL, revenue, retention, risk)
• Translate business and strategy goals into clear product specs and prioritized backlogs, driving end-to-end delivery
• Improve core user flows around collateral, borrowing, staking, redemption, and yield based on feedback and data insights
• Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, BD and operations to ship under fast and evolving priorities
• Participate in growth and parameter experiments (interest rates, incentives, LTV curves, liquidity strategy, etc.)
