Product Manager

The Product Manager – Pharma will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for the assigned OTx portfolio (Rx & OTC) in alignment with organizational objectives to achieve sustainable long‑term growth across the METAP region. The role will also provide business analytics support to the division to enable data‑driven decision‑making.

• Generate insights around patient journey and customer behaviour in assigned categories.
• Develop GTM strategy and marketing campaigns for existing and new OTx products.
• Execute campaigns across physicians, pharmacies, and e‑commerce/digital channels.
• Support marketing initiatives for e‑commerce platforms and in‑pharmacy trade.
• Prepare monthly business reviews for the division.
