**About the Role**



Forma is building a new foundational capability from the ground up. We call it **Forma Compass** .



Compass will define how project direction is set, understood, and acted on in Forma. It is where goals, constraints, and desired outcomes are defined, clarified, and turned into shared, structured data that both people and systems can understand and act on. This capability does not exist today. You will help invent it.



The AEC industry has powerful tools, but intent is still largely implicit and manual. The opportunity for an AI native, intent aware foundation has not yet been realized. Forma Compass is our attempt to explore what that could look like.
