Product manager (fulfilment experiences)

Takealot Group is looking for a Product Manager to help improve its Fulfilment Experiences – a key part of what makes one of the most successful ecommerce platforms in South Africa. In this role, you will focus on tools that support the day‑to‑day operational teams within supply chain and logistics, helping to create the best fulfillment experiences for internal and external clients.

You will work closely with engineering, supply chain & logistics operations, and client-focused teams to define requirements, test ideas, and deliver improvements that drive better fulfillment experiences and measurable business impact. You bring analytical thinking, customer empathy, and a practical product mindset , helping the team identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and scale what works.
