Job Description

                    JOB DESCRIPTION
Own the product roadmap for our lending and origination platform. You'll work directly with US-based stakeholders, engineering teams, compliance, and business leaders to ship features that matter—faster loan approvals, better borrower experiences, smarter workflows.
Essential Functions
Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and requirements (Azure DevOps/Jira)
Collaborate with engineering to define, test, and ship features
Present roadmaps and progress to leadership
Run cross-functional alignment meetings with stakeholders across lending, compliance, servicing, and operations
Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and delivery
Analyze product performance with data (Power BI, SQL, dashboards)
Education and Experience
3–5 years as Product Manager OR 5–8 years as Senior Business Analyst/Product Analyst
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
