Job Summary

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of pump products—from market analysis and product planning to development support, launch, and post-launch optimization. This role bridges market needs, customer requirements, engineering capabilities, and commercial objectives to ensure a competitive and profitable pump product portfolio across industrial, water, energy, or process markets.
Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Planning
Define product vision, roadmap, and positioning for assigned pump categories (, centrifugal pumps, multistage pumps, API pumps, water & wastewater pumps).
