Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Own the product roadmap for our lending and origination platform. You'll work directly with US-based stakeholders, engineering teams, compliance, and business leaders to ship features that matter—faster loan approvals, better borrower experiences, smarter workflows.

Essential Functions

• Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and requirements (Azure DevOps/Jira)
• Collaborate with engineering to define, test, and ship features
• Present roadmaps and progress to leadership
• Run cross-functional alignment meetings with stakeholders across lending, compliance, servicing, and operations
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and delivery
• Analyze product performance with data (Power BI, SQL, dashboards)

Education and Experience

• 3–5 years as Product Manager OR 5–8 years as Senior Business Analyst/Product Analyst
