Product Manager (HCM or Workforce Management)

About the Role

As a Product Manager on the Scheduling and Labor Optimization team at Workday, you will be the subject matter expert driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our Scheduling solutions. You will be at the heart of translating complex global Scheduling policies, regulatory requirements, and customer needs into a world-class product experience.

You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal development teams to design and deliver innovative features that simplify leave administration, ensure compliance, and enhance the employee experience. Your primary responsibility will be to own the product backlog, define user stories, and guide agile teams to build solutions that solve the most critical Scheduling challenges for our global customer base.
