About the Role

We are looking for a detail-driven HRMS Product Manager to own the business logic, compliance framework, and workflow architecture of our HRMS platform.

This role is mission-critical.

You will ensure our Payroll, Leave, Claims, Attendance, Roster, and HR modules are:

• 100% compliant with Malaysian regulations
• Logically structured and scalable
• Accurate in real-world payroll environments
• Built with zero tolerance for calculation errors
