Product Manager, Identity

JOB DESCRIPTION
Drive the implementation, optimisation, and adoption of identity and access management (IAM) capabilities across StarHub, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless user access to enterprise platforms, with an initial focus on Google Workspace (GWS) enablement and identity uplift.
This role owns the identity product lifecycle, including licensing, configuration, process optimisation, and user experience, while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and business needs.
Accountabilities
Own the Identity product roadmap covering IAM, SSO, and DLP capabilities.
Drive successful implementation and adoption of identity services, with GWS as a priority platform.
Optimise licensing, access models, and identity-related processes to improve efficiency and control.
Ensure identity solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
