1. Key Responsibilities

Technical Specification & Improvement

• Drive technical improvements by identifying and detailing new use cases and enhancements for the voice platform.
• Translate product and customer needs into detailed technical requirements and specifications for the engineering teams.

API Definition & Ownership

• Define, own, and maintain the API specifications for the programmable voice portfolio, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and easy to use.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams during the development lifecycle to ensure API implementations align with the defined specifications.

Technical Enablement & Support

• Act as the main technical contact and subject matter expert for our global team of Sales Engineers.
