About the role 

As a Tech Solutions Project/Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing Igloo's innovative insurtech offerings—enabling seamless product configuration, efficient distribution, operations management, and performance monitoring. You'll bridge business needs with technical execution and ensure strategic alignment across cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities 

• Lead Solution Design: Serve as the technical expert in pre-sales and discovery phases. You will assess customer requirements and design the overall technical solution, including system architecture, API integrations, and security considerations.
• Craft Technical Proposals: Act as a technical subject matter expert, partnering with the commercial team to develop compelling and technically sound proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and other key business development documents.
