Smart Devices portfolio
, including devices that enable connectivity, security, productivity, and smart living experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of
hardware, software, and services,
requiring strong product judgment, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management skills.

What You'll Do

• Own the product lifecycle for smart devices — from selection and certification to launch and end-of-life
• Define roadmaps aligned with portfolio and ecosystem strategy
• Evaluate device partners, platforms, and integrations
• Collaborate with IT and Enablement to ensure systems, provisioning, and billing readiness
• Work with Product Partners and Marketing on positioning, bundles, and launch planning
• Monitor device performance, returns, lifecycle costs, and customer feedback.
