Product Manager - Loan Against Property

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to lead the end-to-end development, management and continuous enhancement of the Loan Against Property (LAP) product portfolio in alignment with the strategic objectives of Muthoot Fincorp and Muthoot Pappachan Group. The role incumbent is expected to own and manage the product strategy, market analysis, process optimization, compliance adherence and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and deliver an exceptional client experience.
