Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts.
• Monitor and control production processes to meet output targets.
• Adjust schedules and priorities to accommodate raw material availability and equipment constraints.
• Ensure efficient use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies (e.g., 5S, Lean Manufacturing).

Quality Control

• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Department to maintain feed quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations such as Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) and FDA feed manufacturing standards.

Personnel Management

• Supervise and train mill operators, technicians, and other production staff.
