JOB SUMMARY
The Product Manager will drive the delivery and execution of a defined product roadmap by collaborating with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders within a matrixed organization. This role emphasizes product discovery, roadmap management, and agile delivery to achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities include gathering requirements through customer and stakeholder interactions, managing and communicating product roadmap updates, providing direction and prioritization to engineering teams for agile delivery, coordinating end‑to‑end delivery of roadmap initiatives with risk and dependency management, ensuring alignment of product strategy with enterprise objectives, leveraging industry and market knowledge for informed decisions, supporting customer engagement and product adoption, and communicating product outcomes and successes.
