What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for our early customers & users. You will own and manage early customer relationships, from initial onboarding to post-trial feedback. In parallel, you’ll develop repeatable processes, documentation, and tooling to scale customer consultations and ensure consistent, high-quality engagements.
