Product Manager — Operations Tech (Internal Fleet Platform )

Key Responsibilities

• Convert operational requirements into PRDs, user stories, field-level specs, validations, and edge cases
• Run workshops with Ops, Hub, Finance, Support, and Tech teams to align workflows and outcomes
• Drive sprint prioritisation with engineering; manage scope, trade-offs, and delivery quality
• Own UAT scenarios and go-live readiness (checklists, role access, workflow sign-offs)
• Define platform metrics: utilisation, downtime, ticket SLA, availability, recovery time, service cycle time
• Act as the “platform face” in reviews: demo new releases, handle feedback, and close gaps fast
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies (payments, telematics integration, partner onboarding flows)

Must-have Skills :

• Strong product execution: specs, workflows, validation logic, rollouts, UAT discipline
• Comfortable in customer-facing environments...
