Product manager — operations tech (internal fleet platform )

Key Responsibilities
- Convert operational requirements into PRDs, user stories, field-level specs, validations, and edge cases
- Run workshops with Ops, Hub, Finance, Support, and Tech teams to align workflows and outcomes
- Drive sprint prioritisation with engineering; manage scope, trade-offs, and delivery quality
- Own UAT scenarios and go-live readiness (checklists, role access, workflow sign-offs)
- Define platform metrics: utilisation, downtime, ticket SLA, availability, recovery time, service cycle time
- Act as the “platform face” in reviews: demo new releases, handle feedback, and close gaps fast
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies (payments, telematics integration, partner onboarding flows)
Must-have Skills :
- Strong product execution: specs, workflows, validation logic, rollouts, UAT discipline
- Comfortable in customer-facing environments: demos, workshops, stakeholder presentations
- Familiarity with operational systems (fleet/logistics/...
