Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product priorities aligned with company goals and marketplace needs.
• Own the roadmap for key customer, driver, or operational workflows.
• Identify high-impact opportunities through data, feedback, and market insights.

Execution & Delivery

• Lead cross-functional execution from concept through launch.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality features.

Customer & Marketplace Insights

• Deeply understand customer, driver, and operational pain points.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product decisions.
• Balance supply, demand, trust, and economics in product tradeoffs.
