The
Product Manager for Platform & Ecommerce
is a strategic leader responsible for the core

infrastructure and transactional capabilities of the MySchool Suite ecosystem. This role focuses

on maintaining MVP discipline, controlling backend scope, and preventing gold-plating to

ensure efficient, high-priority product delivery.

II. Key Duties & Accountabilities

● Lead the development and strategy for the Core Product Build Organization, maintaining

its status as a highest-priority initiative.

● Manage and define the backend scope for platform and ecommerce functionalities.

● Enforce MVP (Minimum Viable Product) discipline across the development lifecycle to

ensure speed-to-market.

● Collaborate with engineering teams to prevent feature creep and unnecessary

complexity (gold-plating).
