Product Manager – PVI/PCS/Power Converter

Role Purpose:

Own the end-to-end product management of PV Inverters (PVI) and Power Conversion Systems (PCS) or similar products for utility-scale solar and energy storage applications. The role translates market and customer needs into compliant, competitive, and reliable products.

• Define product vision, roadmap, and positioning for PVI and PCS portfolios.
• Align product strategy with market trends (utility solar, BESS, hybrid plants, grid-forming PCS).
• Benchmark competitors on topology, efficiency, cost, compliance, and features.
• Drive decisions on platform standardization vs customization.
