Department Overview

The Beauty Product Group develops Rakuten BEAUTY ( (opens in a new tab)), a search and booking service for beauty salons such as hair salons, aesthetic salons, and relaxation salons.

In addition to Rakuten BEAUTY, the Life & Leisure Service Development is responsible for multiple products designed to enrich and make users' lifestyles more enjoyable, including Rakuten GORA and Rakuten Car.

Rakuten BEAUTY is an online booking service for beauty salons, including hair salons, aesthetic salons, and nail salons.

The beauty and wellness needs of users continue to evolve and expand. We constantly monitor market trends and explore new business opportunities.

However, we are currently still in the position of a challenger in the online beauty industry.
