Product Manager, Retail Technology

Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of retail technology solutions that enhance in-store operations and elevate the employee and guest experience. This role will focus on improving product accessibility, operational efficiency, and supporting store teams—particularly during high-demand/peak periods.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of retail environments, product operations, and change management, and can partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, user‑centric solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive execution of retail technology initiatives in partnership with engineering teams—from requirements through launch
• Own and manage the product roadmap, including near-term delivery and future phases (Phase 2 / Phase 3 horizons)
• Translate retail operational needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
