Product Manager – Digital Platforms & Customer Experience (Salesforce, Angular & Change Management)Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong change management expertise to lead the strategy, delivery, and successful adoption of customer-facing digital platforms.
This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of our Salesforce Experience Cloud and custom Angular applications—from roadmap definition and execution to product launch, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
You will play a pivotal role in transforming the B2B digital customer experience across product discovery, quoting, order tracking, and account management while ensuring effective organizational readiness, communication, and training for product releases.
Partnering closely with IT, engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership, you will bridge product execution with change enablement to maximize value realization across the organization.
