Product Manager, SEA

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


Product Strategy & Roadmap:

+ Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Watts SEA fluids solutions product lines


Market & Customer Insights:

+ Understand Market need, trends, standards, and competitor intelligence for the given product lines. Design, develop, track and update competitive intelligence

+ Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment to identify growth opportunities and inform product development

+ Translate customer and market insights into product requirements, value propositions, and business cases.


New Product Development (NPD):

+ Initiate and lead NPD projects from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, cost targets, and customer requirements
