Product Manager

**Job Summary**

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of pump productsfrom market analysis and product planning to development support, launch, and post-launch optimization. This role bridges market needs, customer requirements, engineering capabilities, and commercial objectives to ensure a competitive and profitable pump product portfolio across industrial, water, energy, or process markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Product Strategy & Planning**

+ Define product vision, roadmap, and positioning for assigned pump categories (e.g., centrifugal pumps, multistage pumps, API pumps, water & wastewater pumps).
+ Conduct market and competitor analysis (performance, pricing, certifications, applications).
+ Identify new product opportunities and manage product upgrades based on market demand and technology trends.
