**Basic purpose of role/Why the job exists:**
This role will be responsible for providing training and supporting the direct or indirect sales force. Preparing and execution of marketing plans in relation to the launch and the promotion of the assigned product lines within the designated territory.
Conducts market research; generates product requirements, develops marketing materials, plans promotional activities, monitors trends and improves market intelligence. Maintains contacts with customers to follow up promotion efforts and cooperates closely with direct/indirect channels.
**Key areas of accountability:**
+ Prepare marketing plans for specified aspects/components of Stryker products, focusing on appropriate target audiences.
+ Ensure field staff receive appropriate training to achieve effective delivery of key selling messages
