Product Manager

Key Responsibilities Product Management Organising and facilitating sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and daily standups to ensure effective team coordination and continuous improvement throughout the development cycle. Supporting the team to create, prioritise, and maintain product backlogs with clear user stories that align with business objectives and user needs. Writing detailed tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria, user stories, and technical requirements to provide clear guidance for development work. Participating and being involved in ticket grooming sessions to refine backlog items and ensure development readiness before sprint commencement. Collaborating with Product and Development teams to estimate effort and plan sprint capacity, ensuring realistic and achievable sprint goals. Supporting the Product and Development team by clarifying requirements and removing blockers to maintain smooth project progression and delivery timelines.
