Product Manager

Intro

As a Product Manager at Screening Eagle Dreamlab, you'll take ownership of a core part of our software intelligence platform, Eagle Inspect, built to give engineers, inspectors, and asset owners the clarity they need to maintain the built world. We're scaling rapidly across global markets, and you will help shape how that unfolds.

What will you do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a defined software product area, from discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration.
• Lead customer discovery through interviews, field visits, and feedback sessions with engineers, inspectors, and asset owners globally.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction and well-scoped requirements.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality product reliably.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, usage, and customer impact over time.
